Transactions Fail. Error Code: Duplicate reference number (Already Paid) (Draft)

AutoCountPOS 5.0, E-wallet payment

Symptom: Customer made e-wallet payment by Touch N Go. Money deduct from customer side. But transactions in AutoCount POS is not saved and not completed.

Temporary Resolution:
1) Take a photo of customer payment records, please keep this as proof.
2) Go to iPay88 Epayment Report to check if the payment success.

If the payment record is found in the website, may record this transactions as CASH record, then just take note when do close counter. Then do a Receipt record to reverse it by DR iPay88, CR CASH.

If the payment record is not found in the website, please send the customer payment photo and report to iPay88 Support : 603-22614668 or support@ipay88.com.my.
