Auto UOM Conversion is one of the function in Advanced-Multi UOM Module, to let system auto convert insufficient quantity from other UOM when user billing.

How to enable Auto UOM Conversion Function
Go to tool -> Option -> Document Control
Tick Automatic UOM Conversion

Disable Auto UOM Conversion for specify item
Go to Stock -> Stock item maintenance
edit specify item and untick Auto UOM Conversion

when system auto convert UOM ?

• when user save stock out document (Example, Invoice, Delivery Order, stock adjustment, stock issue)
• On that timing, Current UOM not enough quantity
• On that timing, Other UOM In the same stock location have enough quantity convert to Current UOM

Above 3 conditions must be true, then system auto convert UOM.
Below is an Auto Convert UOM example

Now we have 10 box and 0 PCS in system, then we sales 10 PCS and system will auto convert quantity from box to PCS to avoid PCS negative quantity issue.

** On this case, if box have 0 quantity in system, system will not trigger Auto UOM Conversion.
