Question 1 :
When I login to AutoCount , system prompted error message “Error while connecting to Microsoft SQL Server, please check the network…”

Question 2 :

When I login to AutoCount , system prompted error message “Error Locating Server / Instance Specified”

Possible Reason :
Microsoft SQL Server Services did not start.

Solution :
1) Search with “Services” on windows taskbar search and click on it. The icon will appear at taskbar there.

2) Find Service Name “SQL Server (A2006)” and Click on “Start“

3） Status of “SQL Server (A2006) change to “Running“

Now you should able to login AutoCount.




Note : Please seek assistance if the problem persists after performing the steps as shown above.
