Scenario : Purchase from Supplier and made payment to them. Then only realized the faulty stock. User request supplier for stock replacement without additional payment.
Stock Replacement From Supplier
1) Create Purchase Invoice for 1st batch stock in
2) Create Payment and knock off 1st Purchase Invoice
3) Create Purchase Return (assumed return all faulty stock to supplier or disposed) 
4) Create Purchase Invoice for 2nd batch purchase
5) Edit Purchase Return in Step 3, Knock off the 2nd Purchase Invoice
Stock Replacement To Customer
1) Create Sales Invoice for 1st batch in
2) Create Receive Payment knock off 1st Sales Invoice
3) Create Sales Credit Note (return all faulty stock to company) 
4) Create Sales Invoice for 2nd batch sales
5) Create Sales Credit Note in Step 3, Knock off 2nd Invoice
