Question :
I trying void yesterday bill but system show msg ” Only can void today transaction ”

Solution:
Access into AutoCount POS Backend
Point of sale > Maintenance > Terminal Settings Maintenance

Select “Option1″ > Edit > Document Control > Untick ” Allow void transaction for today only”

After untick setting , POS Frontend need to synchronize to update setting , you may void different business date transaction

Remark :
we suggest active this options after finish void bill
